        City Media is a Hindi language daily evening newspaper published from Ambala City. It was founded by Narinder Singh Bhatia on 18 May 1998. It has a wide circulation of 33,900 and has even left national newspapers behind in the region to occupy the position of no. 1 daily evening newspaper in Haryana. It is most widely read newspaper in Dist. Ambala with a readership of over 2 lakhs.

The newspaper is published in broadsheet format to examine the stories in more depth. Equal emphasis is laid on national as well as regional news. The content of the newspaper covers all the aspects of society like politics, crime, conflicts, elections, entertainment, sports, community etc. The columns of the newspaper also feature articles on health and astrology.

The newspaper has also played a significant role in generating employment in the region. It also supports the education of needy students by providing them part time job of circulating the newspaper. At present over 140 students are able to fund their education because of this initiative of City Media.

What distinguishes City Media from other newspapers is its practice of always bringing before the society proactive news rather than reactive. It also acts as an impartial watchdog to the community bringing forth the injustice. It provides all the information to the public it has the right to know with full honesty. It empowers the public to become advocates for good government and social progress.
